Fees and Billing

We are participating physicians with the Medicare Program, most Blue Cross and Blue Shield programs, select vision plans and other insurance programs.  Please inquire with our Patients Accounts Department to find out if we participate with your specific plan.  the payment of deductible and co-payment is the patient's responsibility, along with any non-covered services.  For those patients who do not have insurance, or we are not participating providers for you insurance, payment is due at the time of service.
