Muse, O.D.Board Certified Optometrist Contact Lens Low Vision Dr. James Muse is a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry. He brings contact lens and low vision specialties to our office. Dr. Muse oversees trial fittings and re-fittings of the latest contact lens innovations including bifocal contacts, rigid gas-permeable contacts and toric contacts for astigmatism. Our Low Vision Department serves those individuals who have moderate to severe vision impairments. Dr. Muse coordinates patient specific exams to find the appropriate reading or distance device for maximum use of the patient's remaining vision. Dr. Muse provides primary eye care services including annual eye exams, glaucoma and cataract evaluations and dry eye treatments. Acute eye care services by Dr. Muse are also provided to treat "red-eyes" caused by eye trauma, conjunctivitis, iritis or ocular allergies. |
